If you were to drain part of the water away and then stop it. The water would not fully drain away. Example. Vap is in a jug. You begin pouring the jug and stop. Half of the vap water is in the jug and half is not. When you lift the jug to stop pouring, the stream does not break. Instead, the vap water trickles up and out of the jug.
Example 2. Vap fills a sealed container with a large slat that would go down the middle. When the slat is dropped/forced down. The surface tension of the vap water resists the downward force. In the case that the downward force is too great, it would break the container to release.
>TL; DR You CAN NOT separate vap water by any means feasible. I reject your reality and substitute my own.
