Picked it up a few days before Christmas, been playing sporadically among some indie titles I picked up. Four badges and my momentum has started to slow some. I’m having more fun than I expected, but I can feel myself on the cusp of where the polish falls off. Shaders are nice enough and nothing about it feels bad to play, but increasing familiarity with the wild area with most patches having the same Pokémon on repeat had been a bit disappointing.

I hate that SWSH is just wasted potential like all pokemon games as of late but I at least wanted to keep playing it unlike the Alola games where I just stopped before finishing the first island and forced myself to finish it months later.

borrowed it, played it, finished it, completed the dex, built two or three comp-viable pokemon, did a bunch of raids and completed the battle tower. got bored and moved on to better games. total playtime for all of this was 100 hours. can't believe people defend this trash

Just finished the game, the climax felt very conflicting. But now I'm thrust upon this empty region with no idea what to do. I tried the battle tower. Did 6 matches and beat Leon. The music was unbearable so hearing that the music option unlocks afterwards made me cruise through it. I won't start the legendary hunt until I get a synchronise Mon with the nature I want. Anything else I should know for the "postgame"?

Somewhat tempted to do a second playthrough to try more new mons and cement my opinions and feelings about the game, but doesn't seem worth it when I have much better games I could be playing.

Expected as much, even more barebones than XY then. Aw well, glad I got this game for free then. Guess I'll do the usual mass breed and shiny crap until the next inevitable game. Never found the raids fun no charge about something as cosmetic as Gmax.

I finished the dex a week ago and after doing some shiny raids with /vp/ there's nothing left to do except multis and faggot nips keep bringing Zacian, Zamazenta, and Eternatus.
I was thinking of picking up Digimon Cybersleuth but I'm not sure if I'll like it. Maybe I'll buy it for that one angelmon. It's 30% on the e-shop.

About a week and mostly because of the exclusives being 2% catchrate at the lake of outrage.
So if it isn't sunny then you can't do anything until the next day. And when it is sunny you have to pray that you get 2% rng.
Ironically, the shield exclusives were easier to get because of wonder trading.
