Seriously, spent a lot of time around Americans, lots of them don't know what curry is, or if they have had it they've had some wank like Thai curry. Makes me sad.
Japanese curry is good though, like yeah, Indian curry is the real deal. But if you get a good Japanese curry it's some proper homely shit man. I'd recommend going to coco ichibanya, proper Japanese brand just opened in London not too long back.
Or just make it yourself with S&B Golden Curry
