>>42127929I'm going by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which is what people seem to refer to, generally.
>https://www.un.org/en/universal-declaration-human-rights/>Homeless sheltersThe Vice article seems to be full of shit, because what the policy change seems to entail is to let homeless shelters set their own policies regarding if a a MtF Transgender is allowed to stay at a Women's shelter (for example.) I can't completely verify this, because the government source they give goes nowhere, but I looked up other news sites reporting on this and they paint the picture above.
This is dumb, but for a different reason: The US is way too fractured in its policy making. Things like this should be standardized either way.
I don't see how this infringes on human rights though, since, as far as I'm aware, homeless shelters aren't part of human rights in the first case.
Source on this directly killing a tranny.
>HousingIf discriminating against someone based on if they call themselves a little girl is against the law, these people are breaking a law. Act accordingly and take them to court.
In any case, how does this infringe on human rights? There is not a single article that forces someone to rent his property to someone he disagrees with. As far as the UDHR is concerned, you can deny anyone access to your property or business you want.
>Medical TreatmentI haven't read it, because I don't have time to waste on a VOIDED 440 rule, but it sounds like bullshit for the reasons cited above. For something like medical care, there should be a coherent ruleset that everyone has to follow so you can expect the same standard anywhere in the US.
This actually is a human rights violation, although it doesn't target trannies specifically. This rule would have affected everyone, Trannies, Blacks, Whites, Worshippers of Kek, doesn't fucking matter. So in this case, the slogan should be "Human Rights are Human Rights."
Sidenote, no fucking source in the article, again
