Though for popular reps I can see Greninja or Incineroar showing up, but it's hard to say whether they'd put ones that aren't KANTOOOO in if they're already represented in Smash.

As somebody who actually plays Pokken a lot of these picks would probably be too similar to existing characters.

If you want a character in, actually define it's playstyle and come up with specific moves and their gameplay traits/functions. Justify it as a unique fighter.

Personally, I think a good niche that hasbn't been filled yet is a fighter with a lot of longf range normals, like Dhalism in Street Fighter or Kakyoin in the old Jojo fighting game. Chandelure has a few and a long range grab and sceptile is a mid range fighter, but none have really stretchy limbs or tentacles or anything.

I think Breloom (which would also combine the hitmon's boxing, kicks, and stretchy limbs into one package with grass and poison moves), Grimmsnarl, and Drapion would be the best options for this.
