>>42152192No typing actually follows the same balancing as G/F/W does. Sure, those types are all SE in the right direction, but their resistances are wrong. Similar issues arise with Flying/Fighting/Rock which is also a common suggestion, but also falls apart with how powerful an early game rock Pokémon would be given the over abundance of normal type moves early on, trivializing it. Fighting would also be fairly strong here but at least have to find ways to deal with early game bird trash.
Either way, it’s not gonna work
unless they change immunities in the game to resistances, which is something they absolutely should do
