Like, in how they said pokemon and people had a relationship with each other. You never see it, but it was said in a book so it can implied that it exists. Most of the things like gay, trans, and stuff would be subtle things since since the game is marketed towards a young audience and is as the title implies about pokemon. So, they wouldn't put these things out in the open.
