Yeah, Pikaspreay's probably the best one out there at the moment. The out of bounds stuff he did were pretty cozy.
I'd say mah-dry-bread too if he didn't do stuff besides pokemon, but I mostly like that he makes semi-obscure wrestling references during his videos.

pkmnrob, crimz and lerusebird used to make genuinely enjoyable pokemon content but they've all stopped/moved on to other things
Then you have some hacking channels like rei,scriresm and huntereb which are neat but rarely upload
I used to love gcpm11 back in the day but looking back his content was terrible
Best pokemon channel would have to go to shofu because despite unsubscribing from him several times he still puts out decent content from time to time and has been doing so for ages

Pikasprey, Blunder, Pokeaim, Mah-dry-bread, and Chimpact (mainly for Jeopardy) are my favorites

For me, Pikasprey and Blunder are my top favorites, but Pikasprey updates pretty slow and Blunder is at his best when not alone, but if I had to give an edge it'll probably be Blunder since I watched him the most and is the most based out of all of them although Pikasprey is close.

Jwittz is my pick, in his hayday when he used to make regular Pokemon videos at least. His videos were very well presented and researched and were pretty unique at the time when there weren't a billion other Poketubers yet. He is also very down to earth in his videos and he never adopted that annoying bombastic screaming youtuber persona that most other poketubers still have.
