Dugtrio was used BY stall players to eliminate threats. Stall is the playstyle that has the least trouble with things like Arena Trap and Darmanitan. It's offense and balance that get raped by them.

Posts like this show that you retards don't even play the game. Darmanitan was banned because it shits on balance and offense teams. Stall wasn't bothered too much since you could just use protect to scout out what it's going to do.

Gen 7 buffed Dugtrio though with a +20 boost to its Attack. It used to have base 80 Attack, but Gen 7 buffed it to base 100.
