The legend attacks seem like a trick, it’s not damaging the raid pokemon that’s hard, it’s breaking through the shields.
The legend attacks should also take off two units like a max attack

Not when it's minmaxed to hell and back. It's like Mewtwo but bulkier.
Most box legends don't break 100 speed without some special form change that requires a certain item.

They aren't tho, Eternamax only happened because it was overloaded with Dynamax energy from Rose's stupid ass plan, it accesses that form again when using it's Eternabeam move meaning if it were to stay in that form it would need a ridiculous amount of dynamax energy and the ability to control itself like that, it's not happening that form and situcation was the reverse of Necrozama

It didn't. Eternabeam is just a 160 BP dragon-type hyper beam.
The only use for it is seeing Eternamax again.
