third, nobody in the game reacts remotely logically to any event occurring ever. why in the fuck would alder just await N at the pokemon league to face him like a normal challenger? ignoring game mechanics for a second, by lore logic the minute he had zekrom/reshiram he was clearly going to fucking win and try to inflict his image of the world onto unova. is there absolutely no authority anywhere in the region that has any interest in that not happening besides some wandering dickhead with red hair and a professor's research assistants?
