Instead of changing Stone Edge or Rock Slide just make a new move that's like 85 power / 100% accuracy / no additional effects.

Stone Edge crit rate is underrated, I don't want a move with 100 power and that attribute to be accurate too. Keep it as the high risk / high reward option it is now and just give Rocks an accurate alternative instead of forcing them all to gamble.

I think the game would be better if instead of everything being good, everything sucked. Here are my change ideas:
>Every move and action has a small chance to fail maybe 1 in 20 (5% of the time), even stuff like Recover and Swords Dance. Switching can fail too, it would simply read "Can't escape" if you tried to switch pokemon and it failed. This effectively reduces the accuracy of all moves by 5%.

Consumable items like Berries are not consumed when a pokemon fumbles. If a Choice item fumbles it does not reset what your move you locked in is, you just don't get the power/speed bonus that turn.
>Weather and Terrain have 5% chance of going away for no reason at the end of a turn. If there is no weather, it also has a 0.1% chance of randomly occurring when there is no weather or terrain, such as a freak Hailstorm, or a freak Psychic Surge.
>Supercritical hits are now a thing. Every move has a hidden Danger rating for how likely it is to cause a Super Critical Hit. a low Danger rating means it would have something like a 0.1% chance. A high one might be 1%. Supercritical Hits ignore the enemy's defensive stats (direct HP damage with no reducers). They aren't always a 1HKO but they usually might as well be.

Anon if you have a Defense stat of 0 the game would try to divide by 0, so let's try to bring it as low as possible instead with the most HP possible. Direct HP Damage would be absolutely busted and a SE Super Critical would quite literally always get a OHKO.

0- Atk Shuckle Tackle vs. -6 252 HP / 0 Def Blissey: 716-844 (100.2 - 118.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Defense set to 1, EV's to 0 and -6 Combat Stages, Tackle is shifted to Fighting Type and modified to be 10 Base Power (basically the weakest move in the game vs the Pokemon most likely to survive it). The biggest HP stat in the game can't take a 10 Power Super Critical SE hit from fucking Shuckle.

The tl;dr here is you're an actual retard who doesn't even understand the odds of what you're proposing in a vacuum.
