>>42189975It takes more time to create assets with 3D than just simple top view sprites, they need to increase the dev time at all cost otherwise you'll end up with shit like SWSH, games in general are more complex and take longer to develop now, just look at something like Rockstar games now and many years later when they were pumping out games year after year
