>Groudon>Grow-donBased on Ground and Don, due to the way the say Ground in Japanese the first part is to be said with the romanized spelling instead of the English one, which mean pronouncing the "Ou" syllable as Ow similarly to French or Spanish. Don is a japanese Onomatopeia for something heavy.
