What are some Pokemon that have moves in their movepool they shouldn't?

Basically every non-grass pokemon with grass knot, notably Emboar who even learns Scald.

Also, maybe I just don't understand Infestation, but half the Pokemon that learn it by TM probably shouldn't. (Ex: Mr. Mime, Tangela, Wooper, Slugma, Seviper, Lileep, Huntail/Gorebyss, etc.)

No it wasn't. TM51 in Gen V was Ally switch. They change it in Gen VI, but forgot to removed it from it's moveset allowing it to learn Steel Wing.

I always thought Leech Life was kind of a vampire bite type of thing (ie: 'leech was being used as a verb rather than a noun describing the creepy worm thing). Anything with sharp teeth should be able to get it.
