I still don't understand the extreme rage 4chan has always had for people who make money from online videos, but even so this will not matter much to most of the ones currently making a living on youtube. They all have patreon accounts, they all stream on twitch which is MUCH more monetizable for creators, and so on. Youtube's decision making at this point is somewhat suicidal for its bottom line and I'm kind of astounded that they're implementing this shit.
