Just give it 80 across the board or something. Why 60?
Also it would be cool if they made it normal/psychic just because it's a interesting type.
Probably won't get any changes though since not many people like it.

Give it Iron Barbs as ability.
Give it the Alola treatment and redistribute some of its points in special attack.
Give it Toxic Spikes, Spikes and Spiky Shield.
Let it keep Toxic, maybe even give it a physical poison equivalent of Nuzzle.

it's absolute garbage. I hate how so many bugmons are only good early game but late game you need to completely ditch them. the only good and viable ones seem to be Leavanny, Scolipede and Drapion and that thing isn't even Bug type no more. You can forget ever Butterfly and Mothmon as well. I'd love to use Beautifly late game but it's shit. Volcarona is the only one that somewhat isn't shit. Armaldo also fucking sucks.

This I would consider reasonable, as it keeps the Memory gimmick, but allows Silvally to fill any number of roles with its variable Type combinations. If I just wanted Silvally to be broken, I could come up with far worse.

Ninjask is somewhere in the middle. it's slight better than Venomoth too. however, Best bugmon statswise would be Mega Pinsir, closely followed by Mega Scizor. non-mega would be Genesect and then Buzzwole.
