Gen 6 was fine, it was a nice throw back, getting to go on a true Pokemon adventure with our old favourites in 3D for the first time. A bit peeved that Zard got more love than my Boistoice, but whatevs. Stoice got a mega, I was happy.
But now? Jesus fuck, the pandering... It makes no fucking sense.
The games are CLEARLY designed with young players in the forefront, yet they keep trying to throw nostalgia in there like, mate. You're literally trying to sell these games to kids who never grew up with Gen 1. Why are you forcing so much Gen 1 into their faces.
