the reason zapdos is easiest is because there's a hidden value where if your active pokemon resists the type of the pokemon you're trying to catch, you get a better catch rate, but because of gen 1 programming errors it also counts if the target pokemon resists itself with a second type (flying resisted by electric). idk if they kept this in frlg for nostalgia or something

Articuno was the easiest, took only 5 ultra after putting it to sleep
Moltres was a bitch who chugged I think 15 ultras.
Zapdos can go fuck itself with a cactus, motherfucker took me more than a few resets after wasting all my 30 ultra balls on it.

Completely false. Nowhere in the routine in RB for throwing a ball does it check the type of any Pokemon. It checks HP, status, ball, and catch rate, but that's it.

also im pretty sure that is the order i would usually go catch them as well huh, but i always felt articuno was cancer because i would accidentally kill it alot
