Wind Mage level 3. It's currently holding Necromancer's Robes, some kind of magicka hood, I think Imperial Light Boots, and Bonemeal Gauntlets. The attacks are some modded wind spells that I can't remember what they're called. One is just an Insomnia Fus-Ro-Dah.
I think I'm going to do a starter solo run. Currently fucking around with my new spells in DragonsReach before telling Balgruuf about the dragon attack on Helgen to figure out which one I want to use

Yes

Yeah, custom firmware. If you are using Luma you can press L+DPad Down+Select. That brings up the Rosalina Menu where you can take screenshots. Only works on 3DS games though.

It's not like the game has much to do, unless you stick around the wild area.
I beat the game in 32 hours, and I could have EASILY done it in less than half that amount of time because the game simply pushes you from plot point to plot point with barely anything inbetween. I really pushed those hours waiting for a certain weather to appear so I could get a G-Corlosa (which I never got till the postgame mind you) before I got fed up and simply finished the game.

Was Sword and Shield rushed? Pacing seemed alright up until around the 4th gym. Your time was nicely split between the routes and the wild area. But why does everything after that point feel like a beeline from gym to gym, walking mostly linear routes? Theres no real incentive for me to explore the Wild Area at this point. Hell, the last 4 gyms I've done didnt even really contain a "gym challenge" other than the Rock gym. Now that I'm done with the gyms, I hear the remainder of the game is mostly backtracking to all of the stadiums. Seems lazy.

You're not wrong. You only ever have to go into the Wild Area twice. After which, you never have to again.

Of course it's a good place to train, fill out your team, and do MBRs. The game needs dungeons and caves, and it has none. The Galar Mines barely count since they're all so damn short.
