This has always happened ocassionally, but half of SwSh's OST is shit remixes of old themes. And the key word is "shit".

The ones that aren't remixes are ranging from mediocre to plan shit themes like the Wolves' AWOOOO, which sounds like a Seth Everman parody video.

Only "good" themes are Gym Battles, Marnie Appearance and Marnie Battle, and even then they wouldn't be among the best in the series
