Hey, bros, I turned twenty-four about a month ago and since then I’ve been going through a bit of a quarter life crisis. When I was a kid my parents/family were huge cunts and made fun of me as a thirteen-year-old for liking cartoons and playing video games (namely Pokémon) I have an “adult” job right now in brokerage/data entry and will be graduating I.T. school coming this Spring. I’ll then be going for a Bio degree in regular Uni then hoping Physical Therapy school. I’ll probably be buying my second car this summer, will have some good money in my saving/401K.

I’m on track to enter (and win) my first bodybuilding showcase around May. Basically this probably has to do solely with, how do you handle this feeling? I feel as though I’m not allowed to enjoy things like DBZ/Pokémon anymore. I don’t feel like a typical “loser” with nothing going on in life, I have plenty of friends, charisma and all. So I’m curious to hear your thoughts.

P. S. My family were pretty awful people, I’ve moved on from them in life and never been better (321lbs. -> 217lb), finally on track with my learning, mentally well off, etc.
