Why people think Gamefreak panders to Gen1 pokemon a lot when they only panders to exactly these three?

They never pandered to Magmar, Jynx, Elactabuzz, Caterpie, Weedle, Golem, and every other pokemon save for the Mewtwo/Mew in anime.

If you think Gamefreak loves KANTOOOOOOOOO then you are dumb.
They only care about the mascot, the furrybait and the babby's first dragon

I don't know why they never gave it a third stage along with Elecabuzz and Magmar in Gen 4. They obviously just want to forget Jynx exists after the ''''''''''''''''''''racism'''''''''''''''' controversy, but theres no better way to get people to forget about Jynx than turn it into another forgotten middle stage.

Does anybody give a shit about Eevee outside of its evolutions? Feels like the entire purpose of the Pokemon is to turn it into something that isn't Eevee as quickly as possible, I don't think I've ever kept an Eevee long enough to even battle with it. Being given an Eevee in Let's Go that you can't even evolve was one of the most baffling things I've ever seen in a Pokemon game.

I mean ever since the beginning it didn't seem like they were definitely meant to be a trio. It was a dual-type, while Magmar and Electabuzz were mono. It was revealed to be all female in gen 2, whereas Electabuzz and Magmar were mostly male, but could still be female. It didn't get an evo in gen 4 (but that could be because of the controversy).

The only real similarities were that all 3 learned the elemental punches and all 3 got a baby in gen 2.

Eevee was officially made the secondary mascot to coincide with the release of LGPE. Look up the My151 thing. It was a promotion of Kanto Pokémon merchandise celebrated eevee gaining mascot status.
