how about this: no wild battles! dungeons are only cool places to hang around and challenge NPCs and on the end, there's a pokegacha machine and you can spend pokédollars to get random pokémon! controversial i know but the random encounters are annoying and not good gameplay that's why i play pokémon.

I don't understand why this is such a controversial opinion. Enemy trainer fights have always been nothing more than a waste of your time in Pokemon games, outside of a few rare exceptions (usually very early in the game). They could even keep the levels, but make them entirely tied to moves and evolution.
