The Gym challenges are pretty neat early on, but as the game progresses, they get more and more boring, the ice/rock gym is the worst by using a challenge that would only work in a grid, where failing happens a lot but the punishment is just haha try again, and where the solution to the "puzzle" is do the path with the most trainers.
Grass, Water and Fire gym were peak, and from there is just lame,but still better than the trials
