Two setters were used to counter other weather teams or just pokemon like Tyranitar and Megazard Y, Mega Swampert is a powerhouse and Ludicolo counters other Water types not to sure as to why Kingdra was on most of these teams

Kingdra had a not-so-memey meme set with Scope Lens/Focus Energy/Sniper that basically made Draco Meteor have 100% crit chance and thus ignore all the Sp.Att drops. It was glorious, it fucked hard in rain, and I miss him.
