>>42247444It's hard to say, no studio is capable of menaging so many creatures and it did show time and times again. Said that, last few Gen Game Freak has shown of being even less capable at this than your avarage Joe studio, so let's theory develop a little bit.

So now, let's put these two together and imagine what they could craft.
First thing first, let's assume they only replace GF, with Creatures, TPC and Nintendo still "supporting": they won't have the problem to create new models, as they are already high poly enough. Second let's assume they won't change the battle system.
What wie would get is probably a game with huge routes, think half the wild area huge, separating towns, the city themselves would be more hold school dungeon than anything, Pokémon would probably get some bodily needs like eating making Camp actually necessary, and overall most of the NPC of the game while maybe not challenging will still stick to a gimmick set implemented to surprise. Overall I think a good game would came out.
