Here we call everyone a negro de mierda on a daily basis and it's perfectly acceptable, no one even bats an eye to stereotypical asian jokes (yellow, big teeth, ching chong, etc). I don't know how the rest of Latam is, but Argentina is insanely racist. Even towards other latino countries, to us they're all bolitas/negros/sudacas, but not us. Even dark skinned people are racists towards actual blacks, and even your most PC sjw does a lot of casual asian racism as well (it doesn't matter if you were born and raised here, or speak perfect Spanish, asians are always treated like a joke).
We even call each other negrito affectionately, this includes close friends, your friend's kids, etc. And finally when someone does something gross/tacky/crude we always say "You're such a negro" of "Nah haha, what a negro".
And then you have Americans going "every country with minorities is full of good people who would never be racist like us white people" kek.
