>Rose treats the apocalypse as a Now or Later candy and decides to eat it Now for some fucking reason despite the fact it could easily be done AFTER the Champion battle
>Champion battle
>Rose does a fucky wucky and starts the apocalypse
>You and Hop are suddenly claimed the heroes of yore and the names of the Legends are dropped outta nowhere
>Suddenly Zelda and you grab bootleg Master Sword and Hylian Shield
>Go to Hammerlocke and fight Rose to what sounds like fucking Dark Souls music despite the fact that literally the only thing even remotely evil he's done was cause Leon to skip dinner.
>Suddenly Eternatus and Terraria music
>Suddenly eldritch horror
>Anime-ass scene and AWOOO music as the dogs spam the same moves over and over

They were butthurt about Sonia's book putting the doggos at the center of the 2 heroes myth as alleged descendants of them and wanted everyone to think the doggos were evil beings which would rehabilitate their ancestors. Imagine if your grandpa was a ww2 hero that helped save a local town but someone writes a book about how he fabricated the story and took all the credit.

Whoever wrote the dialogue for that entire post-game thing should get to write an entire game. It was all so funny and kooky, it felt like it belonged in a Zelda game instead of Pokemon's usual shitty humor and dialogue.
