How can you discern truth in an environment where everyone is trying to assault your mind? It's limiting. And the reason I said I stopped following politics (and henceforth, stop going on /pol/) is that firstly, I'm sick of the circlejerking of all the ideologies and lastly, I can know about everything there is to know and nothing will change. If I'm going to waste my time, I'd rather waste it on something that gives me joy.
