>>42253274It is literally impossible to beat a chansey with a special attacker unless you use a lot of stat increases first. Mega Mewtwo Y, the pokemon with the highest special attack in the game, can only do 35% of an eviolite chansey's health with one focus blast, and that's with no EVs towards SpD. She completely shuts down an entire half of the game. I don't think any other bulky mon can go untouched by that many pokemon.
