Same. I love unicorns and want to like it, but it offers literally nothing interesting or new to the modern pop culture unicorn in any way. It's just Rainbow Unicorn #5,024.

G Ponyta is great purely for how fucking cute the thing is, but G Rapidash tries and pretty much fails to pull off the elegant look.

I went with Sword for Sirfetch’d > Galarian Ponyta, all they needed to do get my Shield support would have been to one up that and that’s an easy thing to do because alicorn > knight duck.

Couldn't have they just made a new Unicorn Pokémon? It barely resembles Ponyta/Rapidash outside of body shape, some rework and it would have been distinct enough.

Also not sure HOW being in Galar made it that way, some bullshit about forest magic or whatever.
