You having been one of players lucky enough to beat her your first time doesn't mean she didn't wreck millions and millions of players their first go due to her high RNG rate.
But keep pretending only truly ebin players like yourself managed it blind and her infamy across the entire pokemon community makes no sense. Practically everyone got wrecked, you exist as a minority of players who'll never get why. Simple
