If you live near a large city or state with a decent black population like NY or DC, then unironically start going to anime/comic cons and grab a smelly weeb gf. They'll already worship you for being Asian, and you'll have a better chance at finding an actually semi-functional human being instead of some hood bitch because being at a con implies she has some interests outside of Drake and the Kardashians. At the same time, being familiar with hiphop will definitely help. Hit up Kendrick and J. Cole (2014 is my recommendation) for some digestible new shit and, Tribe Called Quest, Biggie, and Wutang Clan for some basic old shit. That should get you surface level enough to hold a conversation so you'll have something to fall back on outside of weeb interests.
Otherwise just be confident, crack jokes, and do typical shit you would do to woo any girl. Black bitches are easy because they're desperate, and respond well to outward compliments towards their hair, eyes, make up or smile. Etc. Just make sure they don't have any kids before you get in too deep.
