Psychic is definitely brain, knowledge, science, cosmos and divination type. It also was covering magic before fairy, but is time also aspect of psychic type?

Right, most psychic type can predict future, but control it? Rather not.
Future Sight + Celebi (psychic)
Roar of Time (dragon)
Doom Desire (steel)
The first point may just cover time for fairy as I said earlier. What do you think?
