That shit can take years to shake out, American legal system is slow as fuck and given that the lawsuit was officially filed by TPCi not TPC and 4chan is an American site it's definitely in their jurisdiction.

i'd be fine with that. The best thing pokemon has going for it right now is 'at least it was good at some point.' so fuck it, bring on the eshop releases, give them bank/home or whatever access, and i'd drop a few bucks on them. Beats breaking out my SP to play Fire Red, and all the bs involved with transferring someone up from gen 3 to 7 using pal park shit. I loved the eshop Gold and Silver. So streamlined, just transfer my team up so I can reset the game for another run.

You know you can just hack your Switch, then play FireRed using RetroArch, right?
You can even transfer Pokémon directly to Gen 7 with a hacked 3DS and PKHeX.
