Every type of VGC event gives Combat Points, or CP.
>Premier Challenges (or cp, wont capitalise so it doesnt confuse for CP), equivilant to locals. Many happen across several countries in the world, depending on population.
>Midseason Showdowns, bigger rarer PCs
>Regionals, like one a month, dispersed to different cities across the country (so expect ~0-3 to be realistically reachable)
There are also rare international challenges that are done over internet worth CP too. Earn enough CP and you get invited to Nationals, 1 a year for every country.
Finally, either if you meet a godly CP threshold (I knew a guy who competed for both Korea and US because he flew often and played tournaments in both countries who made it happen), or or win your country's Nats and you make it to the Pokemon World Invitationals. If you make it to the top of that, you're the World Champion. Only about a dozen people hold that title, thrice more if you count the Juniors and Seniors leagues (kinds and teens respectivley).

You need 44 speed on Duraludon to outspeed max speed Dragapult under Tailwind.

Also, why Duraludon and Special Dragapult on the same team? Seems like they overlap a ton. Hatterene doesn’t seem that great here’s either. If you insist on keeping both dragons at least make Dragapult physical with Weakness Policy and proc it with Shadow Sneak Mimikyu or something.

Damage calculator says I outspeed jolly dragapult by 1 point with tailwind tho, same points has crovinight that does the same thing. Isn't 44 what you need to outspeed mons with base 80 at +1?
Anyway I'll think about the dragapult and duraludon thing, I run dragapult like that because it takes charizard and excadrill off guard (OHKO very often outside the ass vest variant) and also helps me against weather teams

It outspeeds Dragapult under TW. Knock Off can be swapped for Night Slash for easier crits (Cant remember if night slash has a 100% crit rate with the Leek or not).
Outspeeding +speed Dragapult in TW is my baseline. If I can't outspeed it with tailwind, there's no real point to running tailwind.

People have been using it as a beefy follow me lead or a bulky special attacker. Serene grace air slashes bring in the flinches which can practically cost an entire game if it interrupts the opponent's setup. Yawn also forces already setup mons to switch out.

My favorite part of climbing the ladder is spotting a super obvious strat (belly drum snorlax, shell smash etc) and using a taunt, followed by my opponent quitting.

Vitamins are 10 each, so 96 is just 9 vitamins and then kill a 2 EV pokemon 3 times. As far as specific people who go more into detail on that tend to focus on specific mons ex I need X defense EVs to survive an Iron head from Excadrill.

Alcremie team dude here.I fixed the team to have more coverage and more use of alcremie's decorate bu giving reuniclus stored power and corviknight with power trip. Hatterene was also added for speed control and most of my mons on the team are slow.
