>>42279542My best guess, it can't be only hair because keratin(hair, skin, and nails), cannot act like muscle. Myosin is what makes up muscle, then add that muscle itself is made of stringy fibers which is often illustrated in anatomy books.
Also notice in both his regular and shiny color, his "muscle" hair is the same color as his tongue. The tongue itself is a muscle.
So, it's likely his hair muscle is some weird combo of keratin and myosin for it to work like muscle. He basically wears his muscle on the outside of his skin, which is a bit disturbing but there's worse dex entries anyway.
