>>42287430>Getting them all is a bunch of content in its own right. That's like asking "well, once you've cleared out the entire zone and done all the sidequests, then what?" But I'll play along. Even after that, you can get better Pokémon, stat-wise, from the Max Raid dens, or look for the Gigantamax ones (took me a while to find a Gluttony Snorlax). There are rotating events of increased odds. Around Christmas you had Delibird raids with tons of candies. Around New Years you had high % Shiny Magikarps. So your answer to "then what?" is rerun content. Not interesting in any way whatsoever. Or fun.
>Many one-time hold items / TMs are at the Wild Area. They could've been found literally anywhere else in the region as they were in every other game. Routes, Caves, towns, random gifts from NPCs, shops.
>Plus, the items you get from raids all around the Wild Area are always useful for training new Pokémon.Raids are a fucking snoozefest. Even with animations turned off and NPCs that don't suck ass even the easiest ones drag on far longer than needed. And with other real players involved they take longer still because animations display even if you'd turned them off and you have to wait for everyone to choose their moves. And for what? A pokemon that maybe has its HA or good IVs? Not worth it. Dyna/Gigant/Raids are the most obnoxious gimmick they've come up with by far.
