I love Kadabra but I absolutely hate his design outside of the original anime appearance and GSC sprite. In every appearance, sprite since that point they've made him piss yellow instead of the more darker color.

I also hate Alakazam's design to the point where I never evolve Kadabra

I don't care about it's typing, I don't care about "muh eviolte" on Scyther.
The perfect bug type got it's spotlight stolen by a retarded lobster fursuit with bug wings that uses an equally retarded evolution gimmick that has literally only been used twice in the last 20 fucking years because they realized how garbage it was.

Alakazam looks like put a blow dryer on Kadabra and his clothes shrank

Also a lot these old designs do not translate to 3D at all

I despise how Meowth loses its brown feet and tail when it evolves into Persian. Most evolutions get bigger and more complex, and BUILD UPON the theming of its younger form, not remove design elements and become plain as shit. At least Perrserker keeps its markings and builds them into a more elaborate design now.

I hate how meowth is now a bipedal pokemon
I'm not sure about it, but in the anime was stated that team rocket's meowth was the only one capable of walking on two legs
Same goes for purrloin, although it never walked only on four legs
Guess I have a problem with bipedal pokemon

All the gen 1 trade evolutions were pretty weird, except for maybe Machamp I prefer the middle stages. I kind of think they wanted to make them look distinct enough that people would be happy with them if they couldn't trade.

Nah that's not true, and the jump hurt some more than others. Some 3D models I think are an improvement or around equal to the sprites, but I think Nidoking just looks awful
