How it is possible? Are those "pentagon" pokemon hacked? (by pentagon i mean that they lave LEGIT symbol that says they were obtained in curent Galar-gen)
i thought hacked switches cant go Online.

pk hex will tell you if a hacked pokémon is considered legit, and if it's not legit, it tells you how to fix it. see the checkmark up at the top

The Galar mark isn't a sign of legitimacy. It's easy for hacked mons to have it. Unless the hacker fucks up, there's no way of distinguishing real from fake.

i just remember that back in XY-days Pentagon mark of Kalos was the ONLY way to tell if mon hacked or not.
because ways of hacking XY didnt excist - existed only ways to transfer hacked mon to XY so if mon didnt have pentagon mark and was shiny and stronK - it was 100% hacked mon

Only nands with pirated games can't go online. You can easily boot CFW, extract your save from a legit game with Checkpoint, edit it, inject the edited save, then go online with your legit game and trade. 0% chance of a ban. Also, even if you're using emunand you can still play online with lan-play.

The Pentagon marking is known as an Origin marking and it was added to make it clear which games a Pokemon came from. Pentagon was for Gen 6 games, a Plus symbol for the Gen 7 games. And the Pokeball symbol for Gen 8. Pokemon from Gen 3-5 will have no symbol because they came before the origin marking system was in place. So a Pokemon being Shiny, and Competitive isn't automatically invalid if it doesn't have a Origin mark. (But it's super likely to be hacked or rng abused if it's Shiny and has Perfect IVs cause the odds are way too slim and there is no good reason why someone would trade something that rare over Wonder Trade or Surprise Trade)
