You have to hope you get the purple beam to spawn, connect with Dudu, and get the preferred ability and Speed stat at 0 when 4ivs are guaranteed perfect both at a frame lower than ~20k. Just getting a square shiny seed with a reasonable frame is tough without priority. I wouldn't suggest going for 0 speed unless you have a priority pw.
