It's being held on Nintendo's channel, it was announced on it's Twitter and press releases and it will be streamed by Nintendo.

This means that there will be no Mobile products shown during this stream. Nintendo only ever hosts Pokemon directs when it's dedicated entirely to their platform

I know many people don't have much faith in GameFreak, but we're not getting Pokemon sleep or any of that mobile garbage. Everything will be for the Nintendo Switch
