Pick out a Pokemon that you love but isn't really viable in OU or VGC, and give them some buffs. Just try to keep it thematic.

He has other problems like being hilariously weak to sneaky pebbles, but Tinted Lens, Sleep Powder and a better speed tier would give him some sweeping capabilities.
