Charmander and Squirtle because I am basic and later realized that they make a really good combo. I hated not being able to get items stuck being a pool of water or lava and Heat wave Charizard is so useful for monster rooms.

Even if they got rid of it I could just go online and take a quiz with the same questions and get the same result sans it being in game
People are gonna over nitpick this game because its rooted too deeply in sentimental nostalgia. I have a lot of nostalgia for red rescue team but it looks great, much better than the 3ds mystery dungeons looked.

i remember the first time i played the game, i picked answers at random while not even looking at the screen and got skitty. i always make sure to play as skitty whenever i replay it now, and will definitely pick skitty in the remake.

Based Poochbro back in Sky, I used starterswaps to play as one.
Since it's an RT remake though, I'd assume everyone from the first 3 gens is playable eventually. Unless they go the route of keeping the starters in the overworld like they did in Explorers onwards.
