Are the only people mad at the dlc the same people who initially skipped Sword and Shield thinking there would be a 3rd version? I'm personally not mad at all, I'm glad as fuck I dont have to shell out another $60 for the same exact game + postgame

I'm actually mad because that content could've been in the normal game if they just waited one fucking year. Also we still don't know how we will get those mons, if it's just another bullshit raid instead of proper dungeons. I don't even think those dlc could save the game's plot.

They only did this because they already cheated everyone with USUM pretending it was a real second version and not a small game overhaul.
Nowadays there's no more excuses to do new versions instead of DLC

How is it cheaper? You have to spend $60 on SWSH, and then spend another $30 on the DLC. That's $90. How is that cheaper than just waiting, and spending $60 on the third version?
