Even if by some retarded chance it can't learn Stealth Rock via TR, you could just transfer one through home that already knows it.

They have a boner for Hyper Offense and Stall, with Balance being fucked over.

Eddie the Yeti is a Hyper offensive mon but works best in a balance team and he shits over fragile teams like Hyper offense.

tl;dr Smogon got butthurt they can't counter a monkey with more fast frailmons.
