That’s a possibility but it’s just not my thing. Plus a lot of other creature catching series have far to complex designs or overly humanoid ones. Pokémon has these as well but they’re such a small portion of them.

It's great to know that the developer is actually listening to criticism at least. I mean, all of his others shots are clusterfuck chaotic designs but there it is, one screen where you can actually tell what is what without the need to stare at it for 2 minutes straight.
