In fact, you can NOT buy them separately, as indicated in the trailer. That each means that the pass for Sword isn't compatible with Sword and vice versa.

No, it's gonna be about 100 each, and the remainder will likely be split between two more updates in an additional dlc pack next year. Complete edition will likely be released along side 2022's game for those who skipped if they're actually going for the modern release strategy the rest of the industry uses, if they're going the smash route we'll get a couple more years of dlc passes instead of a new game until gen 9 is ready with no complete edition.

So both are in the expansion pass, but if I buy it I can experience both expansions on one version right? That's how I interpreted it because Urshifu has a Sword and Shield form, and Armor seems like a mix of the two while Crown is its own thing.

You don't need to have the DLC to be able to trade for them though, and OP is wrong because it means the Expansion Pass is $30 for each version (I.E. If you get the one for Sword, you don't get the DLC for Shield)

you can't trust modern video game companies. they say whatever gets you to bite the hook and do whatever they think they can get away with. The only thing safe from them is emulation. oh yeah, that's the other thing. we can't tell jack shit apart for UK accents outside of heavy scottish, which is recognizable by being somewhere between shrek and completely unintelligible but you think a lot of it is swearing, and Irish, which sounds like leprechauns and pirates.

So all those others get poorly mashed together, because there's definitely only 1 "UK accent."
