Unironically looks mountains better than SWSH and it’s DLC. Going for a style that replicates the beautiful hand-drawn art you see in the menus and promo art for PMD was a great choice.

The animations look lazy. It's on hardware stronger than a PS3 and they can't make the Pokemon attacks more expressive? Also only 3 gens of Pokemon? It's like they're asking me to complain about it being $60.

yeah like, the animations for moving and attacking are bland and the models arent the highest quality, but the art style overall is still fucking fantastic and looks a lot like the artwork for the original game. plus everything is exactly as it should be, it all looks pretty much exactly the same but in 3D
